In war zones, animals are often being left behind. Zoos, aquariums, dolphinariums, farms, stables or simple households are all defenseless against attacks. Frequently, they are even targets.
In troubled times, stories about animals inspire, motivate, set an example and give hope. And the courage of those who risk their lives to help animals caught up in conflict is of immeasurable importance. Today, Palianytsia shares such stories.
